We offer services in mentoring, coaching, project management, and consulting in the fields of data protection, ethics & compliance programs, and their implementation.

(2) Service Offerings Strategy calls are free of charge. All other services, including mentoring, coaching, and specific consulting services, will be agreed upon individually and outlined in the contract. This includes online mentoring and coaching sessions, which can be booked via our website.

 

(3) Prices and Payment Terms The costs and scope of services are individual and will be agreed upon in the contract. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card charge.

 

(4) Conclusion of Contract A contract is concluded as soon as a mutual agreement on the services to be provided and the remuneration has been reached. This can be in written, electronic, or oral form.

 

(5) Reservation of Ownership The provided services remain the property of HighFiveCompliance Solutions until full payment is made.

 

(6) Warranty The warranty is in accordance with legal regulations. We stand by the quality of our services.

 

(7) Data Protection Personal data will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

(8) Final Provisions Modifications or amendments to these T&C require written form. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the location of HighFiveCompliance Solutions.
